it-gh 170503 in Bern, capital of Switzerland

Time: 11:45am- 18:00pm
Bern city(Bollwerk, Marktgasse, Bundez platz,Casino platz, Kramgasse)

⇴ Now there, the time to visit Bern, the capital city of Switzerland. We took off and met auntie Lotti, auntie Ruth's friend at car park -Neufeld, she was glad to see the awaited two black gentlemen, had coffee together and hurried for a bus into the main city center to meet Jeane, the niece of auntie Lotti. we took the walks together to the Parliament and government house where all the Kantons (Regions) make the whole decision for the development of country.

➣ We then visited the cathedral, where Jeane, David and I climbed up to see the whole city on the tower, it was beautiful and very much fascinating seeing from up the tower of the cathedral the skull of the whole capital Bern. We said a prayer each at the temple and i got emotional and before i came out of the cathedral i almost cried.........hoho!, we continued through the street to where Albert Einstein stayed and did some of his researches.........
➻ we then went for dinner as one big family, had a chat, took some pictures and to the boys surprises, auntie lotti gave us some gifts and of course bern chocolates.
➻ we continued with our tour to the bear museum, where the bears were kept in previous years and there, two bears we saw alive, so big and adorable bears; Finn and Barin, as their names were. in the old days there were treated badly and now they built a new sanctuary for them as a place for tourism....wow thats nice and people gathered some money for the construction of the sanctuary and as a remembrance they have names plaques of tiles and wooo! we happen to see auntie Lotti's name, she was one of the generous folks who gave in some funds for the construction of the bear sanctuary.....

➻ it was fun, lively and lovely and we never did want to say goodbye as we departed.....but everything that has a beginning has an end..........
