* After our breakfast in the morning we took departure to Siviez - mont-fort ........with Auntie Ruth driving us all the way there(God bless you mum)....lovely, each receiving a ticket to tortin snow at the high mountain areas where the skiers could ski .
A fun time in our first experience to sit in the cable cabin car to convey us to mont-fort...wow...
* Seeing the mountain and the snow on them wow , got me astonished, what a creation, Our God is magnificent......of His wonderful handiwork.
* The heights with the cabin of their respective meters we climbed on the mountain:
^Siviez height - 1730m - > - ^ Totin height - 2050m - > - ^Col des Gentianes height - 2950m - > - ^Mont- Fort height - 3330m - > - ^Col des Gentianes height - 2950m - > - ^La Chaux height - 2260m- > - ^Col des Gentianes height - 2950m - > -^ Totin height - 2050m - > - finally depart to our first destination - ^Siviez height - 1730m.
* Acquaintances
We had chats with Margaret, an UN representative on holidays, Mr. Berni, a skier and Eric, the electrical engineer, the engineer who operated the cable cabin car for the transportation in the mountain....
Eric showed us the operating room and how the frequencies sometimes are altered to control the speed of the cable cabin cars, one thing that got my attention so much is the use of the fiber optic cable for high speed communication between the machinery.........
* we did as well had a little fun skiing on a plastic rubber from a little height to have a little feeling of the snow, took pictures with some skiers and also had a lunch as well at a restaurant at the high mountain........we would later love to learn how to use the ski board to ski as well in the snow.........thought we would never leave the ski mountain ground....holala!
